A tough workout with great music. You’re guaranteed to be sweating when you leave and sore the next day.

Great studio! Instructors are fun and motivating and the workout is killer! Classes are a mix of spin + strength training. Fills a void in the neighborhood for a HIIT type class. Music is always fun too :)

I genuinely cannot express how wonderful Indigo is. In every way possible The moment you walk into the fitness studio, you know you’re going to get a premium experience - everyone remembers your name, the equipment is clean & pristine, and the instructors are beyond amazing. Seth has a wonderful way of pairing the music (phenomenal taste in music btw) with the spin movements/pace of the class. He always has an insane ability to pay attention to everyone in the class (will correct your form during the exercises & everything). Can not recommend this studio enough. So amazing 😭♥️

Seth and his team at Indigo are amazing! We’ve been taking classes with Seth since his Barry’s days and were so excited to check out his new gym and Spindigo classes. Needless to say, it’s been over a year and we’ve been back practically every day since for both Spindigo and personal training with Seth. Indigo is a beautiful, spotlessly clean gym with everything you need to stay fit. The Spindigo classes are half circuit training with weights and half spin class. It’s such a great balance and a way to stay strong while avoiding some of the joint pain/wear and tear I was feeling on the treadmill. Seth is great, of course, but we love the other instructors too. The vibe at Indigo is so full of positivity and the staff and other clients are genuinely just so nice! I couldn’t recommend Indigo more. It’s my husband’s and my home away from home 😊

Spindigo at Indigo Fitness is my new favorite workout. It’s challenging, high energy and so much fun!! Caleb is an incredible instructor, you can feel his passion for what he does. His energy paired up with his killer playlists are by far the best encouragers you can get!! He killed it for International Women’s Day - best playlist thus far 🙌🏼 Come check it out if you are looking for something different and want to be challenged to new levels!!

I absolutely love this place! I had never done spin or interval training before I started coming here, and all I can say is that it's the best full body, sweaty workout if you're looking for some intensity. Every time I leave, I feel amazing. The owner, staff and instructors have all been very friendly and welcoming. Go, you won't regret it!

Favorite studio in all of LA! Fun, challenging and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. One of my favorite classes was Caleb's Beyonce 'Homecoming' class! Also I don't think I've ever had a work out like Seth's classes!!
