I don't like the gym but I love this one! Clean, modern, challenging work out for all levels, and super friendly staff. A great neighborhood spot for those looking to sweat in a safe space that is accepting of all.

Great workout! Half spin, half weights. I always come out the class feeling spent. I burn about 700-800 calories per class. They also have a shower, which is crazy convenient. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! I love the blend of spin and HIIT, it's fun, challenging, and effective, and the instructors and music are great. Silverlake is heavy on the barre/pilates/yoga and so this really filled a hole in my life!

Amazing workout. Seth and his team are so motivating and always ensure you give 100% in each class even if you’re feeling tired or unmotivated! The studio is such a beautiful space to workout in too!

I regularly attend the Spindigo classes here and they are so much fun and exhausting in the way that a good workout should be. Half the class is on a cycle with an emphasis on keeping the rhythm of the songs and performing certain choreography which makes it very goal oriented and fun. The second half of class is a H.I.I.T workout focusing on a particular body area or full body. This part has 3 movements per section with a a given number of reps per movement. All in all it moves very quickly and you won’t get bored. Highly recommended!

Indigo Fitness is the best kept secret of SILVERLAKE, but everyone deserves to know about it! I've only taken their signature Spindigo classes thus far, no personal training (yet?), but I appreciate how effective and efficient it is! 55m of intentional training, half HIIT style spin, and floor/weight circuit training that are quickly making a noticeable difference in my physique, but also improving my anxiety and sleep. The gym, class room, and culture of Indigo itself are the real selling points in my opinion, though. The work out areas are all intimate, clean, & straight forward. Everyone who works here is friendly af, has taken the time to get to know my name, and has made me feel welcomed right away. A rarity in the landscape of boutique fitness, where clique culture usually reigns supreme. As a QPOC I have felt incredibly safe in this space. The price points and membership packages are approachable, and a worthy investment towards one's inner and outer health. They also offer a great promo when you take your introductory class, that lets you take a second one free. This is the most fun I've had working out, while being the most challenged. Highly recommend!
