The worker named Mary is one of the best employees I ever had check me in or even saying good bye when I leave after a full workout . Knowledge and know how for the machines and advice on how to get into better shape . 10/10

They are very overcrowded. They oversell their memberships to the point if you want to exercise, you'll have to wait on machines/free weights to be available. There membership contract is also very deceptive. Would highly recommend against getting a membership here. It'd be the equivalent to sams club selling you a membership and never having anything in stock to buy.

A lady working the front desk was speaking with a gentleman. As she saw me approaching the desk she snatched the badge scanner off the desk and put it behind the desk. There was another woman that came out of the office and noticed me standing there and asked me if I needed to get scanned in. I said yes and she motioned for me to come to the other side of the desk. At the same time the lady that snatched the scanner off the desk puts it back on the desk...I guess letting me know that I can now scan. I walked to other side to have the other lady assist me. I'm just wondering why 1. Why she snatched(and I do mean SNATCHED) the scanner down? 2. Why she then waited until someone else offered to help to then try to help when she could have done it to begin with? Other than that my workout was fine.

Updating my review because unfortunately, this gym has gone downhill. Ever since the opening of Crunch Middletown and now Outer Loop, Crunch Dixie has been neglected.Crunch sent a lot of employees to the Middletown gym when it first opened, and I noticed most never came back. Dixie is very short staffed now. Most of the trash cans are gone, and I couldn’t tell you the last time a hand sanitizer station was working. Sinks and toilets are always down. Why am I paying a maintenance fee when hardly any maintenance is done? Also noticed they had offered products to members, like a free prework or a free month, in exchange for leaving a good review. Bad business practice, imo.I really appreciate the employees who are here and try their best to keep up. Dixie is known for driving away new businesses and it’s unfortunate. This location is going to follow suit with LAC Dixie and close soon.Hopefully the District Manager takes notice turns this place around. Increasing the starting wage would be the first step. I’d love to keep coming here since it’s right by my house, but I’ll be looking for other gyms in the meantime.

Since the locations in Middletown and Outer Loop have opened they have let this location go. It's dirty, no paper towels or sanitizing spray to wipe down equipment and a lot of the equipment is broken or needs service

After canceling my membership they put a freez on it Instead and charged me a maintenance fee. When I confronted them I was told there was nothing they could do and refused to refund my money. The district manager refuses to return my calls

Good equipment and friendly staff. Poor management. Locker rooms always dirty and cleaning stations always out of paper to wipe machines.

My favorite Gym I have been apart of in the south end. Only downside is the locker room and sauna are very dirty. Not sure if the floor has been cleaned in the sauna for a while.
