Not happy that my treadmill shut down while running during a class Monday morning. Mine wasn’t the only one and this isn’t the first time. Please fix the issue!! Also the cleanliness hasn’t been the best lately!

I like it, everything is good except the child care room. It should be disinfected each and every morning before kids/ babies can enter and sanitize before closing once all the kids/babies leave etc. Also I recommend that it be at least two workers there on sight to attend to these kids, one is not enough. One worker can not attend to more than one baby at a time with 5 -7 kids in there at one time. Mopping and sweeping 🧹 should be required as well before opening and before closing. There should also be a separation between babies and preschool aged kids bc of germs that kids carry. All kids need to be attended to and talk to throughout the time that they’re there. Kids and babies require attention. My baby has been throwing up since last night and running a fever. I’m taking him to the emergency room now to make sure he didn’t catch a virus of any kind. It is important that kids are taking care of, especially babies. We’re counting on your staff to make sure our babies return back in good health as he/she came, safety hazard should be

Love this gym, has ways to do powerlifting and strongman training without breaking the bank on membership fees. Been going there since it opened and gladly made the switch from PF to Crunch, just for the access of bench, deadlift, and squat areas with dumbbells that go above 75 pounds. The staff is friendly and always helpful, locker rooms aren't always the cleanest when I arrive, but are cleaner when I leave.Only complaint would have to be people using the turf area for static stretching, core work, etc. We use the turf area for fast paced explosive strongman type training (sled pulls, sled pushes, tire carries, farmers carry, etc) and when people lay across it in your direction of travel it throws off the groove. Just wish people wouldn't use the turf as a soft surface to lay on, since that's not really it's design and there's a stretch zone not too far away, or the vast open area in front of the personal trainers desk.

I have been coming for just over 4 months and love it here. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The people are also fantastic, easy to find people to workout with and plenty of classes going on for various schedules people may have.

Like most gyms, great until you try to cancel. Kept charging me after I had filled out paperwork in house and jumped through all of the hoops gyms demand for you to cancel. Called to end charges and they said there was nothing they could do. Enjoyed the classes here, but had treadmills break on me and a lot of people didn't wipe down equipment. If you cancel maybe get a video of manager telling you you won't be charged and your memberships is over. My pictures and following my contract did nothing to help me.

What I liked most about this gym was the staff. Awesome fitness instructors as well. Decent variety of equipment. The childcare is a bit small. And the gym is always crowded.

At least 4 different personnel greeted my daughter along myself at the front desk. I explained we were shopping within the shopping center and my 30 year old disabled child needed to use a restroom. They all 4 declined her, stating she was not a member and it would be a liability.I then replied saying she was disabled and questioned if they had any compassion in their hearts. Again refused. The gym was not busy at all. It even stated not busy online. So we went down to Hobby Lobby where they allowed her to use theirs.

I would like to say "Cheers" to the staff when you walk in the staff is welcoming and it's EVERYTIME you walk in. The trainers care about you and your well-being. Upon my initial consultation regarding what I needed one of the owners was helping someone else and when I spoke to him he was engaging and said I will see more of you on the floor! I'm excited about my journey but I'm also glad that I will be on this journey at Crunch Fitness... #The Chic Fil A of fitness centers
