MPower6 is the place to be for personal training in Louisville. If you want a program to motivate and challenge you Go to MPower6! Everyone is friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The facility is top notch!Tristan is Awesome to work with, very accommodating with scheduling and always comes with a fun, challenging workout tailored to my specific needs. Even with all of his experience he takes the initiative to consistently educate himself further as a trainer. As a client I love to see that. I’m really excited to continue progressing at MPower6!

Mpower is top notch can’t compare, there isn’t a better gym in the region. Staff is professional and always helpful. The facility is always clean and organized. Equipment is up to date and always in great condition, Arsenal equipment you don’t get any better. Can’t ask for more. Would easily pay double for membership but pricing is a great value.

Here’s the thing, a lot of the time you pay for what you get. At mpower6 you get a lot for $65 a month. The atmosphere is a very encouraging, the trainers are welcoming and the equipment is TOP NOTCH.
