Real Gym for Real Athletes!!! Atmosphere is through the roof, best equipment, best trainers, and hands down the best post workout Smoothie Bar. Haven’t seen anything like this in this area before!

What more could you ask for in a gym? It's clean, well maintained, with a friendly knowledgeable staff who is always willing to help you out. Don't know how to use a new piece of equipment? Don't hesitate to ask they have always been gracious in taking the time to show and demonstrate how things work for members. If you're looking for a gym this should be your first and last stop!

Love it here. Clean and the people that work there are awesome. Plenty of great equipment. Small crowd. A lot of personal training going on. AND they actually look like they know what they're doing unlike PF and the new Planet Fitness they call CRUNCH.

Started going to this gym as soon as it opened in January and fell in love with it. I had been going to planet fitness in Middletown before and was looking for more of a private gym. Everyone there is always so welcoming which is a nice gesture when you have anxiety in the gym. The saunas were great for cold days to warm up before your workout. And the smoothie bar is out of this world! Fresh ingredients and never disappoint. I was super sad to have to cancel this membership due to moving out of state.

Just bought a week pass while visiting family here in Kentucky. MPower6 has great up to date arsenal strength equipment, very clean facility, the atmosphere is ideal. Very impressed they offer a recovery section for their members. The owner and assistant manager (I believe who showed me around) are very friendly and welcoming. Check this place out.

The vibes of this gym are unmatched. The most uplifting and motivating environment. Top of the line equipment & first class feels all around. Amazing lighting, smoothie bar, recovery room, beautiful bathrooms, sauna, you name it, they got it. Maurice thought about every little detail when building out this space. You’d be missing out to not check it out! Best gym in Louisville hands down!
