Receptionist super rude.I got in a car accident on my way to my class and of course I couldn’t make it, so I called to let them know and they wouldn’t charge me for that, cause it was an accident which was out of my control.But she responded me saying it could have been someone else spot so I would be charge for and also because I didn’t know if I could make it to a later on class.(Which Of course I wasn’t sure cause once again, I have just gotten in a car accident)I understand that the policy it’s to get charge whenever you don’t show up, but in case of an accident you could be spare from that but she just would helped me.

Orangetheory workouts always present something different. I love the variety and the challenge! As the coaches always say - “challenging but doable.” I also love that you can start these workouts from any point in your fitness journey and continue to progress throughout that journey within the Orangetheory model. I’ll be an OTF athlete for life!

Brownsboro is the best. The studio is one of the largest I’ve seen so super easy to get around during your workout. Super coaches and staff make me feel like family. Love OTF Brownsboro!

Love OTF-Brownsboro. The staff is wonderful, they are friendly and super helpful. I have been to many OTFs and I can honestly say, this is the best one and I feel the most comfortable with this studio and staff.
