Workout Anytime Fern Creek

I went in on a Thursday evening during staffed hours to cancel my membership. The girl at the desk took my access card and said that she couldn't do it, but that someone would reach out to me the next day. No one called me back. I went up to the gym again on Sunday during staffed hours and the girl said she couldn't cancel it, but someone would be there on Monday who could. Came back today and they said that it is done online now. The gym is good once you get everything set up, but cancelling your membership is the biggest runaround.

Would have not given any stars at all if I could have. I was prepaid for another year at the Dixie location. Arrived there one day to a note on the door that they were permanently closed. They were going to transfer my membership to another gym which was not convenient for me. I have left numerous message for Kayla to return my call to discuss a refund. She refuses to call me back. She is very unprofessional and couldn't even tell her members who were affected by the location closure that it was happening. No wonder it was in financial trouble, bad management & ownership. Whomever is saying Kayla is amazing is telling you a bunch of lies.

What an amazing place to workout! Kayla made Me feel right at home and made sure I knew where everything was. Everything is always clean and kept! Everyone that works out is cordial and respectful of eachother! 6 stars!

LOVE this gym! Always clean and such a friendly environment to come to, the staff is amazing as well. Kayla goes above and beyond for all members making certain all their experiences are a great one too!

Poor management. I had an interview there recently and the manager told me how they pressure people into joining and she doesn't care what people think of her "RBF" (can't type what that means here) ..then didn't offer the job lol. Stay away there are far better and bigger gyms in Louisville that will take care of you.

Looove love love this gym. Kayla is awesome and has definitely turned the place around! Replacing equipment when it is wore out and overall more clean!

Love this place! Staff is nice and the place is clean! It’s got everything you need for a good workout! Price is good as well! They have tanning and a hydromassage bed! Good gym!

Love this gym!! Has everything you need and the vibes are so great!! The manager Kayla is the best and super helpful. The staff and members are all awesome!! The trainer Adam is awesome too.

Miss Kayla is Amazing...I had stopped my membership for about 4 months. I come in today to restart it & to change my Bill Date. Didn't think I could do it. Miss Kayla took care of me Above and Beyond my expectation. I really appreciate Her Attending my needs.Thank you Kayla
