Staff is very polite and inviting , went in yesterday with some questions about a membership and Sasha was so helpful. Answered all my questions and helped me figure out the plan that’s best for me.

SCAMMY behavior. Worst gym I have ever been to with the most incompetent staff. They are STILL charging my card even though I cancelled my membership. Alexis hung up on me twice and and manager won’t call me back when I call about it. So…you might as well just light your money on fire because they will keep taking it and dodge you when you ask about it.

sooo helpful!! i went in today to get a membership and Shay talked me through everything and there was no pressure at all from any of the staff. a great gym environment with tons of different equipment options. super nice staff!
