I like the place but they closed too early on the weekends people like me people that’s the only time we have to work out they need to open longer hours on the weekends that’s my only fault

Clean facility, friendly staff, and updated equipment. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s always busy. Which is great! However, the facility isn’t big enough to accommodate all the people. Almost every time I go in I struggle to find open equipment. I’ve tried going at different hours of the day but it’s usually always packed.

The only gym that has their employees keeping the gym clean. There is never a dirty machine!! That goes for dust and debris!!!

The temperature needs to be turned down in this gym! Other than that it is clean and the staff are friendly. There are many different ways and areas to exercise which makes it nice when it gets busy. I love the hydo-massage chair!

I go to this gym everyday. Not just that, I’ve gone every different time of day. Every season. Over the course of years. And never, ever have I had a bad experience here. They have always had enough staff. Always a clean bathroom. Always opened and closed on time. They fix equipment when it breaks. They update things constantly and let you know when you might be impacted by that well ahead of time. They have enough paper towels in the little cleaning stations, for god sakes. Why in the world this place would not have a higher google rating is beyond me. This is a good place. Really, and truly.

I’ve been to a lot of different gyms in the Lynchburg area and this by far is the best one. They have tons of equipment and it’s rare I have to wait to get on the machines I need. The equipment is clean, staff is super friendly and always help me when I need it. And I love the black card. I get to bring a guest, get massages, tan, and have access to all Planet Fitness’s which is great when I travel. This gym has become like my second home. Highly recommend!!

Great facility, deserves an upgrade looks like they got a ton of customers. We visited here for an extended period they were super nice and explaining the rules. Didn't miss a workout
