Have had a 5 year membership until a bad experience with a PF employee coming to work. The employee was parking to come to work and I was in my vehicle still preparing to get out to go in the gym and workout. He parked next to me and was 5 or 6 inches away from my driver door blocking me in. I honked my horn to get his attention thinking he would help and realize how close he parked. Instead, he turned his head to look and laughed. I honked briefly a second time. He laughed again. Male employee with frosted tips in shorter haircut. Yes, bad employees drive away business. I will also not recommend to anyone. When employees don't care and laugh at a situation they caused, I leave and I WILL share this bad experience to many. Kinetix in Lynchburg will provide better experience and customer service. Check your employer for discounts to Kinetix Lynchburg. Well worth the change.

Great place to workout no pressure atmosphere very friendly sta friendly staff a very clean place very accommodating to go in-and-out when you would like definitely I definitely would recommend checking them out if you're into fitness and need somewhere to work out check check them out a plus

I just joined and enjoy it but when it gets crowded or can be a bit to much for me personally. It's nice to see members keeping equipment sanitized after using them.

I love going my only problem is that some sit on machines and in the floor excerise are on their cell phones talking or on FB and no working out. This gets very aggravating when people want to work out and they just sitting not using the area to exceriseOther than that I love going really enjoy tanning as well

Love this facility, very clean, the staff is phenomenal, and there is a great variety of work out equipment. Plus the massage chairs and hydrobed. Some days I just want to go for the hydrobed 😂 …
