Jacob Witt, Kashia Mayo are awesome stuff. Both are very supportive and understanding about the needs of the customers. I seem them both working hard to keep the gym clean

Called to cancel my membership a few months a few months ago because we ended up having to move to Arkansas and our apartment has a fitness center. Girl I talked to did not tell me you need to come in to cancel or I would have when I was there. Called after that took money out of my acct and was told you can't cancel on the phone. I signed up online how is it you can't cancel online or NY phone. Still waiting for a call back....2 weeks later.

This gym has been my go to since August and normally the staff at the front desk are kind, helpful, and professional. However, tonight during my workout where I brought a guest to show him the amenities and workouts etc. the staff turned half of the lights off 15 minutes prior to closing. About ten minutes before they made it darker where it was at a point where it was unsafe to workout. However there was still time to closing and we wanted to finish our set. We finished our set 3 minutes prior to close and I wanted to be respectful and leave before 7. At that point a staff worker came up to me after we were picking our things up and said "We close in like, 2 minutes." I told her I knew and she said "ok" and left. As we were leaving we both heard the staff talking about us and as the first doors were closing several of them sarcastically said bye. I'd say that's pretty unprofessional but what do I know. Looks like it's about time to cancel.

Very nice gym even with all the remolding. The gym is gonna look insane once the remolding. Then manager Cullen is super helpful and know a lot about what he’s doing, and they have rlly good trainer named Mel

I cant say anything that i liked about this place. I cancelled my membership 3 times and still was charged for years. every-time i walked into this place, you just felt weird being there. “You look like a noisy lifter are you a noisy lifter”. I guess one positive thing besides how cheap it was. The fact that no one bothered you. Was not like most gyms that were an extension of a dating site and everyone always wants to talk. Not happening at PF

Meisha and Kenna are outstanding workers! I’m always greeted with smiles and you can tell they go above and beyond! When Kenna isn’t signing you in she’s cleaning the machines, need more people like this!!!

My wife decided to get a membership of her own, so we stopped in to sign her up. The remodel looked fantastic, the place wasn't crowded, and best of all, there were no muscle-bound bodybuilders or magazine models to intimidate her. As she was signing up, we discovered that the wi-fi was temporarily out of service, so Sam, the gentleman helping us, guided her through the process of downloading the app to her phone. Sam was helpful and courteous throughout, and made us feel as though he was a neighbor we knew from years ago in another state. Thanks in large part to him, she felt quite welcome, and can't wait to start training!

Upside, the staff is always friendly. Always!I have recently been traveling the DC beltway and greater DC Metro area. Most facilities up that way have migrated to 24/7 and not 24/5. The facilities in WVa close at 10pm every day. Good lord, so another big plus here to overturn the long length of the construction. I wish I could give you 3.5 star.Ratings are designed to be upgraded. I'll upgrade this review when the new construction is finished. I'm hoping for a phenomenal new locker room.Updated rating to 5 starsMens Facilities look great, glad to not be in a hot box for a poo.They got the new tanning bed in. I've been a member of planet fitnessfor seven years now (lynchburg valocation). People in there are nice thestaff is also very nice in myexperience. I also have membershipsat two other gyms and I can sayhands-down that planet fitness is thecleanest of them. for $10 a month youreally can't ask for anything more.
