Very unhappy with trainer. Very limited time to meet with him, I had an appointment for 6:00 was told to be there at 5:30 for paperwork. Waited until 6:20 while he was with another couple. I finally left after telling someone at the front he did verify I had an appointment. I will be changing my membership to another location. Very disappointing since I am overweight and was looking forward to building a program. I would suggest getting another trainer with more flexible hours.

My husband and I just signed up today.I am 34 and my husband is 28. I have never had a gym membership before. This was a wonderful experience. The front desk lady was super polite. She walked us throughout the whole gym. And I was very happy with seeing quite a few elderly people there. I feel if they are comfortable then it's a good place. It was super clean. She discussed the entire run down of payment what happens when you cancle, etc etc. We got to talk to a fitness coach there. For free. And all the coach's are available to you for free. And you can get the run down of their schedules. I told him about my pacemaker and he was able to build a workout plan for me and one for my husband. He said they only thing we would pay extra for is if we wanted him to make us a food plan. I am excited to get started.

Talked to Miranda just now on the phone. I had some difficult questions with simple answers. She was very patient and extremely friendly! I will definitely start a membership there!

While the gym was decent, I cannot speak enough for how poor the customer service was. They have rules that are not posted anywhere that you can access them, such as the definition of "Unlimited Guests" and the cancellation in writing.Although the contract states that you must submit cancellation in writing within three days to receive a refund, it does not mention the need to cancel in writing at any time after that.If you are planning to go, go ahead, you will most likely benefit from it. Just don't get the black card membership that locks your options.

The gym is located in the mall, which is a decent spot. The equipment is great, the gym is clean, and MOST of the employees are polite. There are a few who could seem to care less that they are there to help their customers. If that means drop what you are doing or stop conversing with another employee so that you can pay attention the customers, lets do that. I should not have to stand there for 5 minutes being ignored. This usually happens on the weekend, not the weekdays.

Stay away. The gym area is spacious but the showers are cheap and usually dirty. The club is not member attentive. They're happy to keep charging your account as long as they can. If you decide to quit and they've already billed you for the next yr's fees, they will not refund your money. (I noticed this two days after the fact)They do not want you to know who owns the gym nor the regional mgr's contact info. In fact the general mgr would not even get on the phone. They said someone might call me back at their convenience. I also just saw in fine print where this club demands notice in writing if you decide to quit. In writing! I have never experienced that with any other club anywhere I've ever lived. Stay AWAY!

Nice equipment, good price, but if you sign up for a year contract, make sure you cancel it in person or in writing because they keep charging you after your year is up and won't refund the money. Boo!

Love this gym. Always clean & a wonderful staff. Never have to wait for equipment. In the mall, and it's open 24 hours M-F!

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Plenty of equipment so I never have to wait to start my workout anytime I stop by, and its very inexpensive compared to other gyms in town.

Clean... and filled with the basics you expect at planet fitness, but the staff were not member attentive. Layout is cool, but inefficient. The hours are very poor... main reason rating so low
