Great! Clean! Only issue (at times) the temperature inside is not ideal for an intensive workout. Winter, too hot, summer, not cool enough. But AMAZING staff & did I mention clean? CLEAN!

It was pretty good. Not very clean though. Not enough circuit equipment and there's always a line waiting to use certain exercise/circuit machines. Plenty of bikes and treadmills, weights etc. The tanning rooms only have 1 folding chair and no where but the floor to put your clothing while changing, but they give you free eye protective eye patches.

This day we had a problem with a person named Jenifer Herrera who claims to be the manager and she disrespected us and threatened us saying that she was going to remove our memberships because of some weights that were lying around and we hadn't even taken them, we were already lying there when we arrived. and he threatened us saying that he would be more than happy to take away our membership my husband and I have two years since the gym opened from visiting and we have never had a problem with anyone and this person is very rude and arrogant in the way he addressed we accuse ourselves for something we didn't even do

Lack of respect of the New management, a lady wearing black shirt claiming her to be a manager, name Jenifer doesn’t have respect to approach to people . Been visiting this gym since they open. And never was treated by any employee until this time , saying she will remove our memberships just because some dumbbells lying down next to us . accusing us of , being us the ones who had leave the dumbbells in the floor. This reflects the poor customer service at this location, speaking for this person.

The customer service here is incredibly terrible! I can’t even explain how frustrating it is to get anything done. There is no structure or system in place to manage customer concerns and because of that the customer suffers. I’ve never experienced anything like this before at a fitness center. I am still trying to get in contact with Louis Ortiz that they refuse to put me in contact with.Something has got to change because if people come here to relieve stress and are met with more…. What are you really providing here? Besides…. Most of the machines are broken half the time anyway. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since April when I had a zero balance. They didn’t cancel it and now they want me to pay the fees for it not being canceled as it has accrued from when I first tried to in April. Wouldn’t be a balance had you cancelled it when I first requested it.

Easy parking, most equipments work and if it down they get it fix pretty quick. It also clean. It can get pretty pack.

Stay away from this gym if you can. You're better off taking the drive to a different crunch location where as a customer you will be treated with respect. The customer service here at the Lynn location is horrible. During the month of March 2023 I called on numerous occasions to get an issue with my gym membership resolved, It didn’t fail that each time I called I would have to wait 45 minutes to over an hour for someone to pick up, two out of the many times I tried calling I would be connected with an employee that would have absolutely no knowledge to what I was talking about regarding the issues I was having with my gym membership account.waited over an hour for an employee to sigh and respond with them saying they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t help and hang up within a minute. When asked if any managers were available, both times when I was lucky enough to get through and speak to someone, no manager was available.i went on the crunch fitness website and noticed an email address to contact the manager so I decided to that then waste my time sitting on a phone for over an hour. This wasn’t any better whatsoever, I reached out via email and two days later still did not receive a response so decided to reach out again and then I was lucky enough to get a response which the manager Luis mentioned he would be able to help. Didn’t hear back for another 5 days until I reached out trying to follow through up with our last email. He called me and mentioned that he would be in contact with his VP and would get back to me right away. Two days went by and did not hear back so I reached out with another follow up, at this point I feel like I’m being a bother for reaching out and asking for help. 10 days go by and no response and reached out informing Luis that I have been reaching out to him and he has yet to return my phone call or respond to any of my emails. Last attempt was one 3/27 and til today has yet responded. Never experienced anything so unprofessional like this, especially dealing with management. Luis lacks leadership and costumer service skills and he’s the reason why along with the Lynn location itself I will no longer be going there.
