I walked in for the first time to register. The lady did not greet me or welcomed me. But proceeded to greet the white lady that walked in 1 to 2 minutes after. Please, at all cost lets end prejudices in this country. Especially in a place like a gym where people come to feel at ease. The truth you dont know who's walking in and out of your business. We cant end prejudices and racism in 1 to 2 minutes. But, lets make a change within the workplaces and businesses out there. Treat everyone with respect. I would say she continued the registration and proceeded to being nice for some reason. Still, prejudices are not acceptable , she was a latino girl with black curly hair.

I love this gym. They don't put up with people who criticize or make fun of others. They're great customer service. And many machines and extras to choose from. I feel at home here.

Use to be a member here. This place is insanely crowded, rules are never enforced here. Multiple people consistently hog the lifting benches all day long. If you only use the treadmill this place is for you, if you want to lift weights find a real gym.

This planet fitness location is as good as a gym can be. There's a huge number of machines; although compared to the Salem one, it's smaller. The staff are respectful, friendly & very clean.If you're a stickler for gym clothing etiquette, you may be somewhat disappointed in what some people workout in, but to me it's not that big of a deal.The only thing I wish this location has is more bench press and calf machines. Other than that, it's solid!

They told me I had to pay only 20$ for a non commitment month to month, but then few moths later they ask me to pay for maintenance fee about 40$. And now my membership has been cancelled because I can't pay my payment at gym???

I like this place becauae they are open 24/7. They also have tanning. As well as massage chairs and hydro massage bed.

Horrible, there is a representitive is very insignificant. They do not give you enough info on your subscription. And that girl in specialty if you go one day that you didnt pay she will not let you in. I
