Clean facilities and equipment. The all day and night hours make it a great place to go and have a self-hate workout and mental breakdown in the mirror between sets.

People constantly hogging two machines or just sitting on their phone. People are too lazy to walk so they're making up their own parking or double parking. Gym and city does nothing about it, how about towing these people.
