I don't know what to say now just it is not so easy to be able to breathe with the mask and there are not many machines available I hope the covid ends soon

I'd give it five stars if they'd turn the ceiling fans back on. It's brutal doing cardio with absolutely no air motion.

Jenn, the manager, would not even take my call in regards to a refund of the yearly maintenance fee. How can you charge someone for yearly maintenance when you were closed for 5 months and people don't have their jobs due to the events of the year? Talk about unethical.

Very "judgy" here if you dont fit the profile there you get looks and off handed comments from patrons. The staff is great its clean but could use more free weights

I’m giving it a 3 because 24/7 . Bathrooms and gym could be cleaner. Showers are ok. Hot water. Maybe because I usually visit it prime time but I am yet to see it as clean as the revere location .

Recently went to this PF. In all honesty this place is dirty. Water bottles all over...trash overfilled...women's locker room also dirty...its just dirty. I understand people are there to work out but it certainly doesn't need to be a dirty place to work out in. There a few equipment that were broken. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

I was a member a few years ago. the girl at the counter when I went in to sign up needs to find another job. acted if I was bothering her. and did not explain any of the different options of signing up. I basically had to ask a million questions to get my info.never once did she not have a scowl look. no walk around, no explanation of Anything, very uncomfortable. Bad enough fat people like myself have a difficult time coming in to sign up but to deal with her I almost left, however i needed to join. I was coming in twice a day for 3 months and never once did she smile anytime I ever came in. Hopefully she has moved on because I am rejoining again.As far as the facility , I give it a 4 aside from the people there for a social club and hogging machines while on their phones, rather than a Gym to exercise.Also kind of annoyed with the computer generated responses to these reviews. They Definitely are not from the owner as stated, because the responses are all similar, " let management know" type responses.OK rant over.rate this place a strong 4.I will be rejoining
