these people are cons. be waiting for the planet fitness lawsuit. im filing complaints with the BBB and states attorney general for fraudulent practices. DO NOT TRUST WITH YOUR BANK INFORMATION! they will continue to charge you despite freezing or even cancelling your account. planet fitness runs seedy operations.

Friendly staff. Super clean environment. True No judgment zone. I actually live closer to other PF franchises, but THIS one is worth the half hour drive to call my home gym.

This place is poorly managed and staff is rude, an employee approached me with a weird attitude and asked me to check in a 2nd time after I already had, when I questioned Why I had to scan a 2nd time she went and got the manager, I exchanged afew words with the manager and scanned a 2nd time, I walk over all the way down to the other corner of the gym and start exercising, 2 set in and the same employee interrupts my workout and a conversation I'm having to let me know that my account has been flagged for inappropriate behavior or something like that because I questioned why I had to scan twice I'm assuming,she then threatened to cancel my membership at that point I went back to the manager being followed by this person the whole time, when I we get to her, this person continues to scream at me right in front of the manager who was very indifferent to the whole situation,and basically just told me to go back to my workout, I don't think I've ever given a 1 star review before, but your location really earned it

A Couple machines haven't been fixed in months but i get around it. Someone may get hurt including myself and machines should be fixed quicker, seeing as i and many people pay to use this gym.

Young ladies at the front are very helpful. The treadmills are dated. It still has a plug for an iPod. Plenty of weights, clean area. Of course you see half maskers and people pull down their mask but as long as you wipe down and before using weights/machine, you should be fine

I used to workout on this location for years pre-pandemic, now that I went back I most say it is the dirtiest PF I've ever visited. Equipment is in deplorable state. Hygiene is horrible to say the least, I would love for this PF to go back to a cleaner and better state. But for right now Salem is my only option for 24/7* hours

Was good recently something must have changed with management. Chest fly/ rear delt fly machine has been out of order for over a month. More than half of the stationary bikes are broken or need repair. Last week 2 out of 4 of the bench press towers were down. I'm switching to salem pf.

I usually go to pf in danvers, but was short on time and came to lynn. I was unprepared for how run down this gym is. Almost every other machine was out of order and the few that they had working barely worked. The water fountain barely worked and the water was hot, not warm but actually hot. It's honestly a waste of a membership in my opinion. That atmosphere is also extremely masculine and machisto, there where barely any women and I cant say I blame them for not coming here. It's very uncomfortable.

I enjoy exercising here but also pay extra to have the use of the tanning beds which have been broken for 2 days. I am hoping this issue is resolved in a fast manner. Very clean club and very kind and courteous staff.

Descent gym but always crowded and people are rude. If u expect to go on A weekday after work u can forget it. It’s filled to capacity your lucky if u can get a treadmill or a machine and u can forget about getting a smith machine for (squats bench press) it’s impossible between 5-8 pm weekdays. But other than that it’s a good gym staff is polite, will help u. Good machines that they maintain Well.
