The team here at Planet Fitness in Lynnwood have been available anytime I had questions or needed assistance with a machine. I've been a happy gym goer up until just recently. This summer program that they started for teenagers ages 18 and below stuff is driving me bananas. The kids just take up space and honestly mess around as if they're still in school. The managers here should constantly be checking the floor for this because they have paying customers like myself who legitimately wants to get a full work out in.Besides this, the gym is clean and exceptionally large. Not large enough to fit serious people and teens who just want to hang out.Please be more observant team at Lynnwood PF!

Love it here. Judge free zone. I can focus on working out & not on what others think. Staff is friendly always welcome me & say Thank you for coming every time... only problem is it gets really packed on the weekdays at night

Really bad customer service, I've been there before, so I decided to sign up online, for my surprise they change a lot of rules that were not convenient for me, so I ask to please cancel my membership and get my money back, and they refuse, that only a manager that is only there Monday-Friday 9-5 can do it. They were happy to cancelled my membership but my money I have to take time of work to go fight for. What a shady way of doing business.

They have a 30 minute work out area ( circuit training ) there is clearly a red and green light, to change stations, and everyone is on their phones ( even the staff ).circuit training is timed ! then u move , look at the red and green light and you have to move stations, I try to go through the set and people are working out in the 30 minute workout as if it were the regular floor ! There is a regular work out area that is NOT timed.People are just sitting on their phone in the timed circuit station, on the phone ! Resting ! Talking sitting on the machines !The staff does not even have the decency to look at you when you are trying to speak to them because they are on their phones as well.Sadly disappointed.

Its more of a 4.3 because the location is great, almost nothing is ever broken, and restrooms are never out of order. But there is a new wave of employees that have been hired like in any place and theyre more like f21 employees then anything. They just stand around using their phones and talking rather than actually cleaning and helping people who need help. They will all look at eachother to see whos willing to check people in.

Edit: Warning to locker users!Just had my money stolen from the lockers in the mens room. My lock had been picked at on June 27 2019. Only money was taken. And the lock had been pried open. Don't use masterlock combination locks here or their planet fitness locks that they sell here.Been going here for about a year. Very clean and a great selection of workout machines.

I give it 5 stars because I have always found a machine open for me. Clean and welcoming. The only downside is parking at peak hours. But that’s how it is most LA gyms. So it doesn’t make a difference in my rating.

Have been coming here for the past three weeks. Everyone is really friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Machines are kept really clean. I got a trainer for Mondays morning. Eddie is really friendly and have a lot of patience with me. With the workout he is teaching. Since I have been doing the training with him. I have totally notice a big change. My clothes for loose know. I will totally recommend this place.

My only complaint about this location is the staff at the front desk. I usually go during the week between the hours of 7pm-9 PM. There's always a young lady and a young Male working during those hours. They seem like they just got out of high school or just look really young. My biggest problem about them is their attitude and service they provide. Anytime I asked them a question, they seemed annoyed I even asked, or there's been times I have to stand around 5-10 minutes at the front desk to ask a question because it seems like their conversation is way more important than attending to the customer. Also, I find it strange that everytime I want to use the the hydromassage chair with my friend, they claim that two are not in service. It's been not in service according to them for the past 4 months. But there has been other occasions when they're off and I ask to use it with a friend, there aren't any issues. 🤔🤔🤔. Is it just coincidentally or there's really something wrong with those two. I don't understand what's the big issue just to set up the machine for a customer. After all, it is our right to use it since we're (friend and I) are paying for the black membership card.Other than those issues, I will say this location is extremely clean. And parking isn't too bad.

The environment is always welcoming and the staff are very helpful. Even the other members who are working out are encouraging of each other if you're seen working really hard. Overall, a positive environment coupled with staff who are ready and able to help you makes for the perfect gym, especially if you don't have very much experience with workout equipment.
