It's a clean and relaxed atmosphere, and I appreciate having instructions for proper form on the machines. The newer building also has so much more space and equipment.

I was video taped working out without my permission by no other than a staff member go figure. Management did NOT handle this violation correctly nor satisfactory to me. I'm very uncomfortable working out now and several occasions being forced to see this particular employee everytime I work out which brings on my anxiety.

The cleaning “stations” are terrible! there’s only a few of them strung out across the gym, so sometimes I have to walk like 100 feet to go get a paper towel and walk all the way back to my machine and it’s just really annoying and inconvenient. Also the paper towels are basically just those cheap, thin, brown napkins, they tear very easily, they drip liquid on the floor when you carry them around and by the time you go to wipe the equipment, most of the liquid gets soaked up by the napkin and doesn’t even get on the equipment! One time I carried a spray bottle of cleaner to my machine, cuz I thought it be way easier just to spray the machine and then wipe it with a napkin, instead of spraying the napkin then carrying it to my machine, but then one of the employees took it away from me, and didn’t even say anything?? which I don’t even understand the reasoning behind because the cleaning “station” that I took it from was literally right behind me and i was going to put it back when done. the gym i used to go to had reusable microfiber rags and spray bottles on EVERY SINGLE machine and i didn’t realize until now how convenient it was! i’m not saying, planet fitness needs to put one on every single machine, but maybe ever other machine or something? the gym itself is great but they really need to use different cleaning methods and supplies.

Love this gym! Clean, spacious, plenty of equipment, and personable staff make working out a pleasure.

I use this gym quite frequently and it is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A good variety of equipment for whatever your wanting to workout with too.
