Since In the new location, they have not put ANY outdoor lighting up. The parking lot is pitch black and so is urban air right next door. Perfect place to get robbed or car jacked!! Will not be attending until this issue is resolved!!

The manager, Rebecca Jett, is very rude and unprofessional. My son and I had been attending the gym repeatedly with no complaints until we met Rebecca. She harassed me about my son's age and wanted me to show proof of his age. I asked her what the issue was since we frequently vacant here. She stated it was company policy. I told her my son, who is 5'9 with a full mustache, was 14 and did not have proof of ID. She then told me I could bring in his birth certificate. I told her that was absurbd and asked for the information to contact corporate, which she refused. I witness her allow other people to enter without showing ID. After being humiliated in front of my son by her pompous attitude, I decided to cancel my membership. Note, she did not ask to view my ID to cancel my membership. I have never been treated like this in my life and for my son to be mistreated as well is very unsettling. My son was so distraught over the matter. He's currently struggling with his weight and loved this gym and could not phantom why we were treated with such carelessness. We will not be back until something is done about Rebecca and we will also advocate this information to other African Americans. No one should be treated this way!!!

The Gym is nice but the parking lot is Pitch black. It is so dark and very scary to walk to your car. I cannot go back to that gym until they get lights in the parking lot. I do not feel safe. The people that work there said they had talked to corporate but corporate didn’t do anything about it

A wonderful place to start your healthy body journey. The new location is perfect. As usual, the equipment is kept in pristine repair and is cleansed and sanitized throughout the day. Customer service is there to help with any questions that may come up.

Bring back life fitness ellipticals. These new ones are trash.

I went into the location off Tom hill rd to quit because I wasn't going due to anxiety but when I got there I was greeted by 3 people 2 females 1 male who ALL made me laugh and feel so comfortable I decided not to quit they explained how things worked and really just eased all of my fears looking forward to my fitness journey with them thanks!

I never do this because I think it’s a waste but I just absolutly had to say something here… this place is absolutly Amazing like I’ve geniounly been dreading going to the gym to the point where I got fat but this gym idk I swear I feel addicted. now I go every single day and I love the new location it’s crazy amazing. The fact that this place cares that much about it’s ppl is just insane. Thx for everything planet fitness Im already seeing results like I thought I could never before. And one more thing the 1$ free trial thing is also the best thing ever I love this place 6 stars if I could!!!

Nice clean gym. Very organized. Nice showers. Great, helpful, friendly and very pleasant staff. Good location. Very very friendly to visiting members from other locations!!!!

After my workout I went to the locker room to get my things and didn't see my combo lock on the locker where I left it so I looked around to make sure I didn't put it somewhere and forget about it. I opened the locker that I was pretty sure I left my stuff in and it was in there but my lock was gone? I went to the front desk to ask if they knew anything about it and very nonchalant they said "yeah we cut it off" I had to ask for more explanation and they said "a lady said it was her stuff, but when we opened she didn't see her stuff" ?!?!?!? So apparently they will just cut anyones lock off without letting the actual owner know that their stuff is no longer secure. So if you are looking to steal people's things from PF just say you forget something in a locker that has a lock on it, they'll open it for you:)
