I absolutely love the New Macon location, state of the art spa and locker rooms, the building is super large ,and the Manager Rachel is friendly and understanding.

Updating one’s store hours on search engines like Google is the simplest thing to do. I counted 14 people during the few minutes I was there that walked up to the door only to find that they closed at 1pm. If only the hours were correct online before I drove 45 minutes. On behalf of those 14 and myself, you get 1 star.

The new location in Macon is great! Lots of space and love the addition of the TRX bands, ropes, kettle bells and a place to stretch!

I haven’t been to the gym since before Covid. I was still paying for a membership but wasn’t using it. I finally moved my membership closer to where I currently live. It was easy to transfer. I was able to do it on my phone. So my first day going, I checked in. I thought well maybe someone would take a moment to show me around but I was on my own. Overall, the place is very clean and the equipment was easy to figure out.
