Crunch Fitness - Madison

Joined recently and very happy with the facility. It’s affordable and has many equipment and classes. I took a Zumba class with instructor Yukiko and it was really fun. She’s great and energetic. Fun music too.*it is much cleaner now. Compared to other older reviews. Filled paper towel and sanitizer sprays to wipe down. There’s always someone going around cleaning now. Seems like they found a full time cleaner. This one particular front desk guy was really welcoming and had an upbeat attitude. He was black with blond hair and colorful eyes. He already knew some of the members and was acknowledging them by their names and welcoming them.Message to the owner. The street lights don’t come on during the night. It’s dark af in the parking lot. It feels unsafe. Can it be fixed promptly please.? Thank youuu.

Great gym with plenty of space equipment for the price. The music could be a bit too loud though! Not sure why they need it to be so loud when most people are using their own earphones.

I am extremely happy with my membership at Crunch. The value of the membership is fantastic. The quantity and variety of equipment is great - there are tons of machines, free weights, cardio, and specialty equipment. I have the higher level of membership and can take advantage of classes, child care, and free aqua-massage (Best 10 minutes of my day!).I also got coaching from Hunter G - he was incredible. Hunter listened to me and worked with me on my goals. The workouts were varied and introduced me to some new equipment and strategies (yay!). They also worked with the limitations of my old-lady knees. Hunter was positive, encouraging, and helped me get on the right track for being able to continue on my health journey and be accountable to myself. While my goals were related to being more active and having a healthier lifestyle, some measurable results were that I lost over 10 pounds and I had to buy new, smaller jeans in just two months.Feedback: As some posts mentioned, cleanliness was an issue initially, but that seems to be resolved. I wouldn't be mad if they added another bench.

Signed up when this place opened, looks like it was going to be wonderful but it was far from it. Bathrooms were always dirty. Never any disinfectant in the bottles. Signed up for the personal trainer class for 3 months. 3 months later. They're still removing money from my bank account even though my services are over and I'm no longer receiving personal training. Trying to call anyone there as a joke you don't ever get a call back. The managers are always busy and nobody can ever answer your questions. They tell you to call back during the middle of the afternoon. You know when normal people are at work. Don't give these people your bank account information and don't waste your money!

Decent gym! I think you get a lot of amenities for the price point. The manager staff seem professional, hard-working, and open to feedback/concerns. Since starting at Cruch, I have seen improvements with the cleanliness. It looks like they have hired more people to help with this. With the number of clients increasing, I hope this continues and expands. I wish the change rooms were larger, but they work. If you’re looking for personal training, I would recommend Carter. He’s great!

When signing up they did not honor false advertising like most retailers do. That was a bit of a let down. I do have the basic package. For that I'm okay with what I'm getting.If I was someone who was paying for a premium package I would not be too happy as this gym as it is not well kept. There are paper towels everywhere, machine attachments and weights are never put back, I understand that is on the members but also the staff. I understand if there are staffing shortages but maybe make a routine to clean everything once in awhile? The locker rooms need to be swept. A little more upkeep would help this place a lot. The machines/weight/equipment are nice.

Fantastic place for work out, massage, tan and saunas

Good gym ! Open times are ridiculous. I get off work and go straight there just to see it’s closed on a Wednesday which nos suppose to be open 24 hours. Not very reliable when I’m paying monthly and not getting my moneys worth.

Gym is cool. But there is never any staff there usually only 1 staff members there. It its dirty all the time. The chemicals and paper towels are always empty so you know nothing's in sanitized. And the bathroom is always covered in dirt and dust. It's a brand new facility but it's sad that they can't find the time to keep it maintained clean. There manager need training on how to talk to people and there staff.

Awesome service! I was helped by Erik and Alejandro in a quick and friendly way. I want to give a shout out to one of the trainers, Logan, great guy. He even offered to let me use his personal wrist straps since I forgot mine. If you’re considering getting a trainer he's your guy. Coming from a former personal training background as well, I think this is a great gym. I am highly satisfied with my experience here.
