I love crunch, this is my second time getting a membership with the brand. I was very excited when they opened up a new one by my house. I was force to cancel my previous membership because I moved up from Texas. The only thing I feel they could improve on is the hours. It should be 24-7 with the exception of major holidays. Other than that great place, lots of machines and free weights. Great staff!

❗️READ❗️Left Princeton club 🤮Crunch is far superior in terms of cleanness, gym equipments, staff, an actual gym environment lol and a affordable/fair contract.Last thing, please consider installing a basketball court, more people/teens/students in the madison area would switch from princton club since that’s the only commercial gym in this town with a basketball court. So please consider installing a basketball court 🙏🏼🙏🏼Seriously the turnover rate would be crazy 🙏🏼

It just seems like there’s no management present. There’s a lot of workers checking people in but no one cleaning the facility. The place has been getting progressively dirtier since the opening. Often there’s no paper towels to wipe machines off and the main walk ways look like they haven’t been mopped or swept in weeks. -March 2023

I signed up for a free day, just to try this place out. I wanted to take one of their classes, only to be told I would have to pay $10 even with the free day pass. Unbelievable. Go elsewhere if you're looking to try out a class for the first time.

Amazing gym when it comes to the training aspect of things. When it comes to the cleanliness not so much. I request you guys please fill up your disinfectant bottles a lot more often. The bottles are dried to the last drop every time I come in and the gym is a mess with paper towels everywhere. Tonight I went to four different sanitizing stations just to find every single one empty before I just gave up. The ones that end up having disinfectant end up not spraying any solution. I ended up not wiping any of the equipment down because of that reason.

This gym provides lots of great amenities and the staff is really friendly. Membership is a great value for how much you can get out of it. But, cleanliness is a major issue, the whole place feels dirty. The women's locker room floor is always covered in dust, dirt, and hair. Also, there's dirt and dust around the equipment, especially the treadmills. Spray bottles and paper towels are often empty. I really wish they were more thorough when cleaning. I have been coming 5 days a week since opening day and I haven't seen any improvement.
