I am very impressed with all the class instructors I have experienced thus far. The motivation, atmosphere, positive energy make these classes fun to attend and lead to great results. Keep it going.

Clean club with pool, sauna, massage beds, roof top athletic turf/fields, basketball courts, group classes and a multitude of cardio and weight lifting equipment. Desk, membership, training and house keeping staff are always friendly and welcoming. The club is large but comfortable. It can be busy during mid afternoon during the week but there is enough stuff to do that don't have to wait for equipment. There are big windows and tvs throughout so there is something for the vast majority of people to watch while exercising. Favorite gym in the area for sure!

I like the Princeton Club. The equipment is a little run down. But generally the people are cool. Each facility is large so it's not crowded and seldom have to wait for equipment.

To think that working out at night would be more comfortable for girls is wrong. The staff member on the weekends keeps creepily glancing at my workouts whenever he’s on the floor reracking weights. I’ve brought up this incident a while back before covid pandemic but guess the management doesn’t really care about harassment complaints.I’ll be taking my business to planet fitness.

I do like the classes I attend. The instructors are great and very professional. My main complaint is the many individuals not wearing masks. Most are young, healthy males that signed a waiver claiming that they have a health condition.Obviously the owners of the club do not believe in the science behind the serious nature and transmission of the Delta variant of COVID-19. I have complained before and they claim they are following the local ordinance.. Hopefully they will wise up and at least require that a face shield be worn by those individuals until this current threat subsides. Until that happens, I will no longer attend the Princeton Club West.

Staff refuses to let me in as a guest because of a debt I owed to Gold's Gym that was in Fitchburg years ago. When Princeton purchased the Gold's Gym franchise somehow the debt rolled over? And the debt owed was an error on Gold's part for not cancelling my membership when I asked months prior, and they still refused to drop the balance. Having to deal with this now through Princeton is total BS. This organization is pretentious and not worth the cost. Would give zero stars if possible.

So gym itself state of the art everything you could need when it comes to working out. However, if your staying in the area and have not yet found a place, they will not let you try out their one week free pass. What makes it worse is they do not specify that you need to be a full blown resident living in wisconsin anywhere in their website.Basically this issue can be resolved if they say, “Hey we aren’t gonna let you try this gym at all unless we have atleast 90% chance that we are gonna get a full- blown membership out of you,” or put on their website, “Must live locally in Wisconsin and have a permanent address.” I would have given them my business but from this unprofessional policy and poor communication on their website they have lost a costumer.
