Good gym for its facilities but its schedule is disappointing. I signed up for the daycare so my wife and I could go, but we can only go three days because we only know Monday. to Wednesday night!! I work all day so I can only go at night but from Friday to Sunday the schedule is absurd, I just signed up but I'm already disappointed. Friendly staff and good facilities but bad bad because of what I mentioned before, make the price that my wife and I pay worth two subscriptions are 80 dollars for her and me but it turns out that this way I can only go on Monday. Wednesday I think it's not worth it!!

Been seeing improvements in some areas. Mens bathroom finally has a toilet that’s not wasting water running 24 hrs a day. Then one step backwards where they removed all the smaller disinfectant spray bottles to clean the equipment you use. Now you have to find and use the larger ones everybody handles. It was nice to just pick up a small one, a sheet of paper towel and take that to your station. Now I see making it more difficult to clean, less are cleaning their equipment after use. We come up for renewal soon and things like this make us think more about our pending decision.

I’ve been with FitLab for a few years now since I moved to Manchester, NH. I am fully satisfied with the gym. Staff are friendly, the gym is always clean, and I enjoy group Zumba classes. It was challenging for me to lose weight, strengthen your core, and tone my body. I’ve been working out with Nick since the end of 2020. I was 75 Kg, in 8 months I lost about 20 kg, Nick helped me to maintain a healthy life style. I enjoy working out with him as well, he is nice, friendly and knowledgeable.Struggled with my health as well. He is always supportive and knows how to accommodate my fitness, health needs and my schedule as well, I am very busy and he always find away to work out the schedule.I highly recommend Nick and the gym to everyone!

I have worked out at gyms all over the world. Fit lab is top notch. The equipment is very well placed and easy to maneuver around. Everything that a serious gym guy would need is there. The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially Andy the manager. He has bent over backwards to help me out.

I have been with Fitlab for a year. When I chose this facility the childcare and women's area set it apart from other gyms.Fitlab stopped having childcare (as in they didn't bring it back after childcare was again allowed) I had changed my schedule to be there at 5:00 am when they opened. I didn't mind arriving at 5:00 am but roughly half the time no one was there to open the facility until 5:20 and sometimes later. This meant I had to cut my workout short to get back home to my kids before my husband had to go to work.During my time there I asked many times for an additional elliptical to be moved to the women's room to replace a similar broken machine. Having only one of this sort of machine available in there meant waiting for others to get off the machine or go out into the main area with everyone. I was told they didn't have room to add an elliptical. However, when they eventually got rid of the broken machine they brought in not 1 but 3 other machines. They never did bring in another elliptical though. Also, requesting repairs to a machine seemed pointless, they would say that they will look into it but then nothing would happen. There are a few really nice staff there in the morning. The afternoon staff though can be extremely unprofessional. Afternoon staff frequently discuss members with one another and even other members. I have heard them on numerous occasions standing around gossiping about people. The final straw for me is now they are moving the women's room to a tiny area that won't be able to accommodate the same level of equipment held in the current women's room. This means I will have to do most of my workout in the main area.I have tried to stay with Fitlab because they are close to my home. At this point I am realizing their management really just want to collect your money. I have found their competition is cheaper, offers more, and has a lot more hours.I had disregarded the poor reviews and hoped for a better experience when I signed up. I hope others will read this review of my year and strongly consider the issues I have mentioned before joining.

This gym's management team is unmatched. I just moved to town about a month ago and was looking for a gym that had some alternative cardio machines such as the Concept 2 rower. This gym had the rowers but they were not in good condition, so I brought it up to management and within a week they two brand new rowers on the floor. The management team gets it, if you want a gym to succeed, listen to your members. Great work.

Higher price less open hours. If you’re gonna raise the price at least open the gym 24/7 for goodness sake. It’s Sunday 6:00AM i can’t go to the gym because it’s closed. I have to wait until 8. We used to pay $10/month and the gym was open 24/7 now we pay $40/month and the gym has very few open hours. It’s the best gym in town but their schedule sucks.MAKE FITLAB GREAT AGAIN.

The staff and equipment at this gym are excellent. They will always take the time to make sure you have a good experience. The one time I had an issue it was with the outside billing service and the manager, Eric, fixed the issue for me the same day and was kind and professional during the interaction.A big thank you to the team and management!

I’ve been a member of multiple gyms and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any fitness center or gym. When I first signed up, I was told I was signing up for a three month membership, then when I went to make sure it was cancelled after three months, the gym told me I had to call their corporate number, at which point we found out the rep we spoke to had signed us up for a 12-month contract. This had apparently happened to other people as well. It took several weeks and the threat of legal action for the membership to be dropped. Aside from that issue, someone went through my locker and belongings on one occasion and the gym did not have quality equipment for the rates they charged. It was often over crowded as well. I would NOT recommend joining this gym at all.Edit: After posting this, a representative from the gym personally reached out to me and went over the details of my review with me to better understand the situation. He also explained that he knew exactly which rep I was talking about who had signed me up for the long contract and that said rep was no longer with the company. He was very polite and explained he is making an effort to clean up the gym.
