It's a great gym is alright for a work out the gym showers need help since the curtains aren't even full length and the smell of the shower floor isn't the clean.

First time joining the gym and to be honest this gym is amazing. The staff are awesome, I try going around 10PM because before that it does get busy.

Very sad that either management and employees do not know how to solve problems and just take it personal, and sad think is that if management take it personal will cancel your membership by revenge. Unfortunately there are teenagers including management an lack of experience in managements leads to poor customer service and unsatisfying customers..

No soap in women's bathroom. Hand sanitizer on walls were empty. And some paper towel machines were empty. Then when I told a guy he said he just got there and it's not his fault and proceeded to stand around. We're in the middle of a pandemic. So disappointed.

I would say medium sized PF. Plenty of equipment for everyone. My only complaint is the men's room! It smelled like they had issues! Both urinals closed and 1 toilet that said, do not flush! I opted to go somewhere else for that!😄 …

Just got a membership at the place. Had a small workout and it was amazing. Chill environment and easy to use equipment. Not as crowded and the app does a good job in answering questions 👍 …

I'm disappointed. After a year of being a member, the pandemic hit and I decided to drop my membership. Well around that time they auto drafted the yearly fee from my bank account . I asked if they could reimburse me but they said no because it was already charged. They took my money even though they new I was not going to use their facility anymore. This business practice is unethical. On top of that the lady who assisted me was not professional at all.@response... I understand about the monthly fee, but why should the yearly be charges if the membership was canceled within a couple of days. Your policy, in regards to the yearly fee is unethical.

This location always has issues with their plumbing and the men’s restroom is always out of order.. Having to go use the restroom at the laundry mat next door is embarrassing.. The staff is super friendly, but this location always has plumbing issues and paying for a facility that I can’t even use the restroom is not great.. I will start using the Edinburg location as that one is nicer and the restrooms are always clean.

The membership is fairly priced. I do not like that people aren't wearing masks when working out. I keep mine on because I don't want to put others at risk. It does say in their policy that people can remove it when actively working out, but honestly during these times that just seems like a major risk.
