Very poor customer service. The general manager and the manager don’t know how to properly manage their employees or hold employees accountable. The general manager blaming the member for the employee losing paperwork is all I needed to hear that she has no business being a manager of any sort.

Best gym I’ve been by far. Manager Tiffany and her staff offered me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. If you are really looking for a gym to workout at , Trufit on ware rd is the place to be at.

The gym is okay but the service was terrible. The person who worked there insulted us but thought himself that he was very funny. This kind of service should no person offer to any customer ever. It was disgraceful. We paid for an entry but were not allowed to go in the locker room because we were not members. We had to change clothes at the toilet. We were not allowed to have showers either in the locker room so we took showers at the toilet which were simply disgusting.

It’s aight. I’ll update as I use more often ✌🏼🤘🏼As of July 18, it’s been my favorite true, Kara has been so helpful at front desk, night crew has been helpful and just love the vibe overall. I like the showers not gone lie 😌✌🏼

Promo said $10 a month..BUT..with starting with the plan of $29.99 for 3Months.!! After the 3rd month u get to pay a maintenance fee of 59.99.!! After that..kicks in the $10 a month...very disappointing and broke after this
