I like the layout of this location compared to others and seems to be pretty clean most times. All of the gyms in the area seem to get packed but this one feels more spacious. Also like the functional training area on the 3rd floor. The dumbbells are probably overdue for replacement but still a quality location in the area.

SCAMMERS!! They will make you sign documents telling you one price about a membership and then later will say they have no paperwork and start charging absurd amounts to your bank account. And then they will keep hanging up on you when you try and resolve it. The bank had to block them from all of the FRAUDULENT charges. They only refund you after you threaten to sue them. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I love this gym! Staff is very welcoming and kind specially Lexi! She showed me the gym and asnwered all my questions ☺️

Great club to go workout. Spoke with the GM Tiffany and gave me a tour of the place and was very helpful. Clean and friendly staff. :)

I went in to check out the gym, i am moving in the Mcallen area. I asked to just work out a day to check it out. wanted to see the place and maybe have a tour.he said ask the General Manager so I did. and she said NO!! kinda rude too. that i had to pay $15 for a day pass. didn’t take my name down or anything. not even sent me to a sales person have no idea how they sale member shows here with this circus as a manger. i will find another gym. said course this is a 2 blocks away from the home i bought. terrible service.

DIRTY! When you walk in it smells horrible the carpets are dirty you can tell they don’t vacuum I’ve seen false lashes on the floor elevator smells horrible! it’s a nice building but I know somebody gets paid to clean it up I hope they do if not corporate will definitely get a call

I would rate it more stars since I go here often, but the only my concern is the daycare at times.But I highly recommend going in the morning with Maria and Cristie, other than the afternoons. Best employees in daycare.

Been coming to this gym since 2016 and it’s been awful up until 2023 when new management decided to hire Roman as the manager and Jacky in the front desk.Trust me when I tell you I wouldn’t have left a review for this gym the last few years. Things have changed and I’m happy to be part of the new wave.

SCAM SCAM at it's greatest!!!!! Was told by Nico to try Personal Trainer for 1 month, BIGGEST MISTAKE, I was told to cancel by the 16th, which I did to find out he was transferred, I had to pay another $300+ because we need to do it within 30 days. After cancelling I get another call that I still have pending balance for personal trainer ??? Here I go again payed an additional $165. To find out I am being charged $10 month additional to monthly fee???? Another excuse to get additional money, because they did not have my CC information on file!!!! Finally Cancelled membership oh by the way I need to do it 45 days in advance!!! Well after many years of enjoying gym I decided to cancel membership due to lies, omitting information scamming customers!!!! Well ended up paying approximately $1000+ just because, by the way still pending answer from Nico!!!!

I signed up my son and it was such a quick and easy process! I understood everything and loved the place. looks very clean and this gym has the BEST music. shoutout to the staff for being so nice and great with helping me get everything I need.
