After working out I went to take a shower and surprisingly found out that there is no hot water š. I went to the front desk and they told me that they are aware of this problem since yesterday and will need 2 more days to fix it. They did not even put a small note to inform in advance š ā¦

Gym is always packed with high schoolers that come in groups, walking around in sandals and pajamas. Thought it couldnāt get worse than I see a group of 4, 10-12 year olds without adult supervision walking straight to the bench to workout. 24 definitely not the gym it used to be.

This is was my first time at 24 hour fitness and the manager- Karen was so rude to not allow us to give guest pass even though it strictly says on the website it should allow pass for 3 days!!!! We politely asked her and she was so hyped up and angry for no reason.SO NOT HAPPY & DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.

Karen is not helpful at all and this place was dirty and mess. The steam room is never been cleaned. Most of the equipment are very old Need maintenance. Karen was rude, very racist even though the policy is against any racism. The reviews looks very fake from their management as I didnāt see or felt comfortable how reviews were mentioned about the gym.

Today I went to 24 Hour Fitness in McKinney and I wanted to use my 3 day pass. Karen assisted me and my family. She was very helpful and had one of her team members provide us with a tour. I really appreciated Karenās customer service and making us feel welcomed.

The machines are ok. Went last night I usually go to a different 1 in Mckinney but this one is 24 hr so since it was late I chose this one. Its a little different. Rather small then the 1 i typically go to. But none the less a gym. š¤£ its just slightly smaller and limited machines. ā¦

Closed on holidays. They should probably let their members know other than just saying that theyāre ā24 hoursā and having people waste their time driving here only for the doors to be locked.

Meets ALL my desires in a gym; lap pool, sauna and the NEW Modus small group class is a nice touch for personal training. Iāve just experienced a few classes, but Ben is FIRE!!! Hoping to get to my pre pandemic strength soon!

Extremely disappointed in this gym. Bathrooms are disgusting and equipment selection and layout is less than desirable. Lockers never appear to be cleaned out nor do the showers.Had my last straw the other day when the gym was so overcrowded I was unable to do any exercises on my entire sheet. Went to cancel where I was then harassed by the male manager not to cancel. No wonder this company is failing and closing so many locations.

Switch from Gold's gym to this one after I moved. I wasn't expecting this gym to be as good as it is. The staff is awesome, the place is clean and it has plenty of paper towels and spray to clean the equipment after use, Gold's sucks at that. Expect a crowded gym during rush hours, but that's not their fault, every gym is like this in my experience. The members have good "gym etiquette", they return the weights to their place, clean after themselves, and don't hang out on a machine for too long making others wait. This location is open 24 hours, I recommend this place regardless of your fitness goals, just beware that it does gets packed ! I recommend going after 9 am or after 9 pm to skip the rush hour.
