24 Hour Fitness

This gym is too crowded, the machines need maintenance and neither the sauna or steam room were operating correctly. We definitely miss the Plano location and are considering choosing another gym to attend. So disappointing.

Signed up online for the 3 day pass with ease. Being new to the area and not knowing how absolutely packed the place would be that evening, I went Wednesday around 5 or 6 pm. I walk in and the lady at the front does not look pleased to see me. I say hello, this is my first time, I have the guest pass, etc. She says let me go check with my manger real quick. Cool. She walks over to some beefed up dude on the side staring me down and walks back over and says sorry we're at capacity. Understandable. She then continues to say "But if you want to get in today we'd have to sign you down for a membership, you pay 1 dollar now and if you cancel within the next two weeks you wont be charged." I say how about if I come back when it isn't so busy to check the gym out? I mean I still have a few days left on my guest pass that should be no problem. Lady pretty much says no its at the managers discretion and starts stonewalling me.Thats my experience now let me tell you why I am dissatisfied with said experience.1. Lady was kind of rude off the bat but I can look past that I really don't care/ Beefed up manager man was looking at me weird too but oh well.2. If you're at capacity how does me giving you a dollar suddenly mean I can get in now? Seemed like they were trynna force me into something which isn't cool.3. Lady kept stonewalling me about coming back another day for some odd reason and did not leave me feeling welcomed at all.Moral of the story is you wan't to feel comfortable and welcomed at your gym and if I gotta deal with beefcake manager and rude lady every time I walk in for a lift I'm not gonna force it. I'll take my efforts else where which is what I did.

Horrible gym! It's terribly overcrowded! The sauna, spa and pool area is never clean and it never smells like chlorine is added to the water. Which is a Health Hazard! There's lots of broken machines/equipment! The bathroom / locker room / shower areas... are always dirty, with hair in the drains! The staff is not helpful whatsoever! They sit around and gossip and stare rudely at people while they workout. The worst of them all is an older heavyset employee named Karen!!!!! She is the true definition of the name! She is disrespectful to members and is completely unprofessional! She harasses the teenagers and their guests and makes them feel uncomfortable and unwelcome! She's a manager. However, she is terrible for the business and runs a lot of people off! She Over-does her job because she wants to feel important. She is very rude and ugly natured person as well as a total liability to the company! I will never return to this location EVER and will advise anyone I know to stear clear of it! There are many better gyms than this 24 hour fitness!! I am also making a corporate complaint against this location. (Disgusted) 🤢

I just found out that this gym allows transgender men to go into the women's locker room and bathroom. My minor daughter was in the locker room changing, when a man who identifies as a woman came in and used the space and facilities. It was an awful experience. 24 hour fitness does not protect women or their privacy. They allow grown men to use the locker rooms with minor girls. This is dangerous for our young girls and unacceptable!

bit odd to be busy Sunday evening , but clean gym just not enough shoulder machines better off using free weights

The smell of mold throughout this gym is ridiculous. Please do a better job at cleaning this facility

Hafta say, just joined today- the pool was clean, locker rooms and showers well- maintained. I enjoyed my workout. :-)

It’s really sad that the staff here is by far the most incompetent I’ve seen at an establishment. The front desk person is there for Pick a fight or make out management need to educate workers better. I saw the girl screaming to teenage boys the other days. Cops were coming
