This is the cheapest 24 hour Super Sport fitness center in the Metroplex. If you are new to 24 please know that you are in for a treat when you visit their other clubs using the Super Sport brand. There is NO towel service .The hot tub should really be called the warm tub because it is not hot at all .I dont know why this hot tub appears cheaper than their other clubs but it does .The club would be just fine if it were labeled anything below a Super Sport because it does not incorporate the same quality found in their other clubs using that title .

This sport facility is cleaner than the Preston location with far better equipment. I cycle & the SPRINT class was phenomenal with great instruction & bikes with a meter (very helpful). The Vinyasa Yoga Flow class was great too! Exceptional staff & very cleanly.

Disappointing. Super Sport club but doesn't have towel service or a full size basketball court. Was hoping this was going to be 2 stories with cardio on top, but it's all together on one level. Feels quite cramped. Paying more $ and getting less. The lower level Sport locations in Allen and Richardson feel bigger, and Richardson has towel service.Staff is friendly enough, but I'm coming to 24 for the facility not the staff.

I visited this gym expecting a premium workout experience. What a disappointment!I normally use the Allen 24 hour fitnesss, which is a sport club. The McKinney location was smaller and more cramped with less equipment. The basketball court is only a half court, the lap pool is smaller as is the aerobics area. The workout area has less equipment but is more crowded due to the cardio and weights all being located in the same area. There is no towel service and nothing premium about this gym to warrant it being called a "Super sport"Very disappointed with this facility. Its just a ripoff!

They never replace the paper towels for wiping down the equipment. Nasty. People also go right from the sweat room into the hot tub. Not the gyms fault there but they should have a sign telling people to rinse off in the shower that is about 4 feet away.

The staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. The childcare facility is clean (sanitized), and friendly staff. My girls have been there many times and haven't been infected with a cold as they requently did in the past at other gyms. I am absolutely loving the personal training sessions! Jeremy Childs has helped me overcome the plateau I couldn't change. I also have never felt so welcomed at a gym before. The anxiety of going to the gym I would used to feel, I no longer do. Thank you!

I am a senior and love the new place in McKinney. Collin is the maintenance guy and he is superb, the cleaning Lady works hard to keep things clean. When the trainer's aren't busy they clean also. Monica and Heather, the senior class instructor's are great at pushing us to be stronger. I love the Hot tub!!!! Hope more Seniors come.
