Online services include "Practice Basketball Court" but after calling the McKinney location to confirm and check rates, it turns out this is not a service they offer. If you coach for a team, and are looking for an indoor practice facility, look elsewhere.To the staff in charge of the Google listing:Please have this item removed from your Services Offered, as to make room for the facilities that do.TIA

This is a wonderful gym. They have an awesome staff. The trainers here are so professionnal, they know their job . The gym is always super clean , smells good . This gym is changing my life . Am becoming better and better day by day. The managers are awesome, well educated about their job. And it is well affordable . I have been well treated since I join This gym. My traîner name is Mr BENJAMIN and he is a good man , has made me believe in myself , show me how to be super consistent in my workout and always show up no matter what . Am happy to be in 24h fitness mckinney.

The gym wouldn’t be so bad if it had more machines for the amount of people who go there. It’s ridiculous that they only have only one of each equipment.Unless you workout in the middle of the night or at the crack of dawn you will be stuck waiting for teenagers who spend more time on their phones than actually doing reps. It’s so annoying! Most days I run out of time without being able to do everything on my training schedule.

Very inconvenient for minors. Took my 17 yrs old brother for a free trial but they refused to give him the 3 days free pass since he was a minor but they were oki with setting up a membership for him.. like why?!

This gym is a bit ridiculous. If you come after 7PM it will be swarmed with young teenagers. Which wouldn't be so bad if they were actually lifting instead of talking for 5-10 minutes between each set. Yesterday I was waiting for one of the 4 racks for about 20 minutes. I asked this kid if I could squat with him and he said no. I did 2 full exercises and in all the 50 minutes he did 2 sets... the rest of his time he was walking away to talk to his friends or sit on the bench on his phone. The guy behind me left without doing his deadlifts(I was squatting but offered to let him work in). Around 2 or 3PM last Friday there was a group of 5 10 year olds bench pressing with no supervision. Clearly policy says you need to be accompanied up to a certain age. They couldn't even push the bar to the top rack and were dropping it off to the side and ontop of their chests. Kind of a disgraceful gym. Never felt such an immature and unprofessional vibe at an adult gym and I've been to gyms all over America. They need another Olympic lifting rack and leg extension machine(only 1 leg extension is crazy).

HAYDEN and SOFIA are AWESOME! Sofia always greets me with a smile and a friendly hello when I walk through the door.Tonight I had a moment and forgot the combination to the lock on my locker (Had my keys, cellphone and wallet all in there. Hayden retrieved some bolt cutters and cut the lock for me. I just moved to Dallas so I have no friends or points of contact in the area.Big thank you to HAYDEN and SOFIA for being TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The actual gym itself is great. My only complaint isn’t on the gym or the workers but more on the fact that you’d have to go from midnight-3/4am in order to not wait on the squat racks, benches, cables, or any of the other machines aside from cardio. Which if you work makes going to the gym rough. All in all the gym is great just very packed

The suit spinner isn’t working for past few months. I had escalated multiple times, but no use. I’ve cancelled within few months due to bad service. If they were honest, they should return the annual fee, which is charged upfront for 12 months.Consider your money is gone, once deducted, though you cancel due to their bad service.You don’t even get an apology, instead they argue that you are getting a great service.I wish God put some honesty in these people.

Whatever machine i want , whatever weight i need , its always taken because there is one of each … makes my workouts take much longer. I appreciate the 24 hour availability though.
