I really enjoy this gym, but they have let their standards fall during the pandemic. Several times I have walked in during non-peak hours and not been acknowledged by the desk staff. I didn't have to check in, and could have not been a member and just walked in.The most annoying part recently is the amount of members that do not wear masks while working out. The masks are required to enter, then a majority of patrons take them off while working out and nobody enforces wearing them. It is disheartening. The facility itself is great, but the customer service sometimes is deficient and the sheer volume of patrons that completely disregard the health and welfare of others is inappropriate.

Before COVID, I loved coming here. The staff is always friendly and the hours really worked for my schedule. However, online I read that once you pause your membership and don’t renew for a year, your membership cancels. I had paused my membership, but to my surprise was charged $50 with no notice. I understand if their policy has changed, however I was not given this information at all. Especially during hard times like these, I thought it was rudely unprofessional to charge customers despite what the policy online states. Update your policy online or have better communication. Not to mention my many family members who were charged through the gym closing. My family members are still being charged even though the gym is not open per regular hours. Again, I completely agree and support the gyms decision to close early, however if your main advertisement is that your open 24 hours, you shouldn’t be charging full price. I would never never get another membership with this gym again, even if they were half the price. The customer service is beyond poor and the communication lacked in every area.

This place is so clean and comfortable compared to other 24 hours I've been to. Mostly due to its age but the equipment and facilities are so up to date and are worth the dues imo.

Probably the best 24hr I've ever been to. Machines are new, weights are racked, even the dumbells are in the right spot. Great staff and great facility.

If you are going to charge and extra $10 a month for a “Super Sport” at least provide towel service for the members!

Costco, which is literally across the street, offers 2 year vouchers that are almost 50% cheaper than 24 Hours grand opening discount prices. This place is a rip off. Either buy the membership through Costco or find a different gym for more sensible prices.

This is a great facility with the perfect equipment. My only issue with the place is the people that go here. There are a lot of people who do not unrack the weights so a bar will sit there for an hour unused while all others are taken because someone got lazy. Not the staff's fault though.
