Is anyone else having problems with this Shady Gym? They have repeatedly overcharged me and AARON the manager promised to call me of course and resolve it but never did. We canceled this account twice but that doesn't mean anything and we were continually charged. I am hearing about other people so will be going to visit a friend at the news station for starters...

The manager was condescending to me and my wife. He made canceling my memebership very difficult and continued to charge my credit card after i did finally cancel it. On top of that my statement showed all double payments and he would only refund about half of what was charged. Now he is dodging my phone calls after telling me that he only needed to talk to me about it to get the rest refunded.

I am so disappointed in what this gym has turned into since the new owner and new manager Aaron took over. I've been overcharged ($130!), had duplicate charges, and have gotten the run around about getting it corrected. I wouldn't trust this gym with your credit card information

Fantastic staff, great service, and facilities. Gym is well maintained and clean. Classes are fun and engaging. This location is close to the best restaurants in medford; food and entertainment to enjoy after a good work out.

DO NOT USE VILLAGE FITNESS! We have canceled our memberships with them 3 times and been billed 3 more mpnths. We canceled in person, a month later we were billed. Canceled over the phone, and we were assured we would not get billed again. Then we were billed again. Call corporate to find out that our memberships were STILL NOT CANCELED. We are considering criminal charges at this point.

The new owners of the gym are really turning this gym around. They have a strong commitment to making the gym a place of learning and growth. I have especially enjoyed training and taking classes from Kody. He has an amazing depth of knowledge about movement and nutrition that has helped me noticeably increase my strength in a realitively short period of time. I am working to increase my leg strength to avoid knee replacement surgery and I already feel less knee pain. I am now actually enjoying working out at the gym!

Terrible management. I’ve been going there for over a year until they switched over and screwed me over. Over charged me, lied about it and a few things. Wouldn’t take any accountability or fix it in any way. They don’t take care of their customers or have any clue what is going on with their own staff. Handled the situation very poorly and never called back when they said they would. Very disappointed because I enjoyed going to this gym, but I’m not going to deal with what they’ve put me through. Very shady with the management of your accounts and what rates they give you.
