Been going to this gym since 1 month after it opened. I LOVE it! It has anything you could need to do any kind of workout. Crossfit, weight lifting, aerobics, yoga, etc. They have a room set aside with a large screen for doing over 600 classes that they have programmed in to the screen or just your own body weight workout. They've got fun equipment too, a huge tire, a weight sled, battle ropes, and they are always promising more. My favorite part is that it is 24/7 which means that there are never REALLY BUSY times. There are always a few people but I never have to wait for a machine or a set of weights. Ever. It's like a personal gym but with great staff who are very attentive, encouraging and helpful!

I love working out at this gym when I visit Cocoa Beach. The equipment is new and the gym is kept very clean. Great staff too!
