After going to the gym that’s included with my health insurance and having many negative experiences, I was on the hunt for a friendly gym where I could be serious. Derek and Nokolai always greet you with a warm smile and hello. The gym is clean and has diversity within its equipment. Derek has been my trainer for almost a month and I couldn’t be happier with my results. We still haven’t done the same workout twice. He keeps it fresh, challenges you and gives you his undivided attention. His passion for fitness and wellness is unbridled. He explains every movement, every exercise and why you’re performing them...every single time. He makes sure you have perfect posture and don’t get injured which is very important to me. This gym is for everyone! I HIGHLY recommend spending a little extra money, investing in yourself and hiring Derek as your personal trainer. You’ll make a new friend, do achieve things you never thought were possible and you will get an industry leader at a very affordable price.
