I've been coming by daily for over a week trying to tour and do a membership. The door says they are open staffed until 7 pm but nobody is ever there at 6 and nobody answers the phone. I'll update my review if I ever get a chance to actually talk to somebody.

Not only convenient but the Leadership there, theses guys got it going on! They will help and explain the process and the WHY behind the different ways you can work out and that is awesome for someone like me. There a good group and I recommend checking them out!!

The club is perfect. Nikolai has been working with me for a little bit now and i feel great because of it. The facility is well maintained and not over crowded. The classes are also a nice plus.

This place is TOP notch. Absolutely spotless. I thought the gym was brand new, but had been around for 3 years. Also, an open room next door with hundreds of video programs, 2 heavy bags, ropes, free weights, a big tire, etc. Great machine selection, tons of options, good vibe...I don't have one critique.

Best gym on the Space Coast! Facility is always clean and nicely maintained. Staff is friendly and always willing to help you reach your fitness goals, and I love that I can work out anytime of the day!

Healthy Evolution is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time! You feel welcome there from the first time you walk in, and always a friendly greeting from Nikolai and Derek. The staff are there for you and no hesitation if you have a question or asking advice. Cleanliness is on point and equipment is taken care of, which in turn rubs of on us members. I have just started training with Derek and am so amped, he takes his time to show you the exercise, to explain the “science” of the move and what it is doing for your body. He is totally focused on you (as in not on his phone or telling you about his personal dilemmas). I am fortunate enough to have other options to go to for no cost but I love it here so much, I would rather pay (and for all it offers and very reasonable). This also is the first gym that I have consecutively gone and not stopped, and look forward to going to still.

Just a great gym. Well-maintained equipment suitable for all levels of gym-goers, extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful staff, and great other members make this gym feel like home. I will sincerely miss not living close enough to continue my membership, but will always feel part of the HEF family.
