I have been to many Gym around Memphis and never experience the amount of training and one on one training at any of the other gyms that I have received from Garrett. Garrett listen to all the sports and work injuries that I had and helped strengthen these areas without over working these areas. He wants us to do our best. This facility is always clean. Meridian has a great program all the way around.

Meridian is a great place! Both Garrett and Jon are encouraging of every member. The workouts are carefully and thoughtfully planned. They know how to push and motivate me to be my best. I look forward to the mornings I spend at Meridian!

Meridian Training has been a great fit for me. The coaching with Garrett and Jon is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and very good at developing a workout designed for where I am in my fitness life. They push me hard and hold me accountable to my workouts too. I like the structure they provide and the training facility is top notch! I am very pleased to be apart of the Meridian Family.

I absolutely love Meridian Training and so will you. I was looking for a gym for long time but found too many excuses. I have never been one to enjoy exercising but I just needed Meridian and Garrett and Jon!Working out with Garrett and Jon is awesome...we chat, but the trainers are really watching your form and paying attention to your exercise program. It's also great to have my own program--it's different from everyone else's; it tailored to my goals and my mobility limitations. If you can't do a specific exercise, there are 3 other variations of the exercise that Garrett and Jon can suggest for you.Working out at Meridian with knowledgeable professional trainers and an individualized exercise program has really paid dividends in my health, fitness, and mobility. I'm approaching my 1-year mark at Meridian, and I am more fit now than I was in the last 30 years!

This is a wonderful place! I have never been confident when strength training. The trainers at Meridian are so supportive and helpful, I can’t believe how quickly I am able to build strength! If you are at all considering it, just give them a try. Such a fun, comfortable, supportive gym.

Loving the results so far! Mari and all the other trainers I’ve had the privilege of working with are exceptional. I highly recommend Meridian Fitness to anyone trying to reach specific goals but have no definitive plan.

Great Gym. Trainers are knowledgeable, customize workouts for your goals and fitness levels and most importantly are positive and encouraging. I feel empowered and supported. This place has helped my husband and me become stronger and healthier!
