What can I say. To put it in simple terms. Coming here is more than just exercise. It is a life style. Trainer here will help you get in shape and have you on a better diet. It’s not a boot camp for a set amount of time. They help you take on and make habits that will last a lifetime. Fitness is the goal but we’ll being of what works for the individual is their speciality. I’m proud to be apart of the program and hope anyone willing to try is down as well.

Comforting environment with knowledgeable trainers. Love the hybrid model of being able to workout on your own but still have the guidance of a trainer. And they offer a lot of sessions for a great price.

The Hybrid training is just what I needed. You still get a trainer writing a workout BUILT FOR YOU! The price is about half what a trainer charges. All of the trainers at Meridian are knowledgeable and friendly.

Finally found the gym I have been looking for after years of gym hopping. Amazing trainers who really listen and help make personalized and realistic goals. The “hybrid” training model is brilliant. Personalized just enough but also allows for freedom and flexibility when scheduling workouts. The trainers are very professional, helping me with my my technique and motivating me to reach my fitness goals one workout at a time. I have more energy throughout the day, no more 3:00 daily crash I was experiencing every day. I highly recommend trying out Meridian Training...you will very glad you did!
