Great facilities. I've barely interacted with the staff since I started but, there's a good vibe all around.

Love the Spa! but how is possible that people go straight from working out, tennis or basketball to the jacuzzi..simply 🤮🤮🤮🤮 …

Absolutely awful experience, we had to wait 45 minutes for childcare to be available. There was only one 15lb KB in the entire bldg. It's no surprise that there wasn't a manager on duty. Poor scheduling for employees and leave them hang with frustrated clients. 👎 …

Great place to get back in shape. They motivate you by giving you gifts for checking in. Love the racquetball games. Haven't used the tennis courts or swimming pool yet. Nice equipment for building, toning or cardio. Highly recommend starting today. Your body will thank you for getting it sore, lol.

This gym is nice, overall. Other the last month I've been a member I've noticed a few things that need some more attention that may lead to a phone call to a health inspection:Although the staff regularly test the water for pollutants there is a lot of debris in the lap pool (band aid spotted once, hair floating, bugs, fingernail spotted once).Sauna has a sign posted outside about not wearing shoes in the sauna and people regularly ignore this rule. The staff become passive and apprehensive about the topic when asked about it face-to-face. Even the manager at G street mentioned they can't enforce it... I'll see what information a local health inspector has about that.

Love it! I use their pool as often as I can. Haven't actually been around much in the workout area but I hear they get pretty busy. R street in-shape sounds best, less crowded, no waiting in lines for machines

To complain about this facility one would have to dig deep. Staff members are nice, it's clean, lots of equipment, lots of different spaces to work out, lots of parking, tennis courts, outdoor crossfit equipment, indoor smaller basketball court. Great pools for play and for laps, showers, and a sauna. It's worth it. The only think I wish it had was a volleyball court. Very happy with this gym. 5 stars easy.
