I give a three-star because I can't say it's great or bad. Haven't actually been able to use this place. I was signed up with the other In-Shape gym on G Street and when I signed up I was given the impression that I could use any other in shape gym because that's what I paid for. But not this gym. So I was pretty upset about this. So when I decided to go use this gym I was refused. So I can't give it a one star for this reason because it looks like a really nice place and it has a pool and a tennis court so looks like a really nice place to go. Nothing bad to say but I can't give a five-star because I was turned away.

I enjoy my workouts at In Shape. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is not over crowed and I can easily get to the machine I want without waiting. I have also used the pool and it is an enjoyable experience. Sincerely, Irene McClenahan

its a great gym, staff is awesome but the people that come to this gym is questionable don't show up around 5pm to 7pm is beyond packed. half naked people, people flying in the parking lot like it's a highway . even seen people hooking up in the parking lot.
