I'm pretty sure this building was built when the city was established along with the railroad in the late 1800s ....Just kidding, maybe someone can give us the full history of the Merced Racquet Club and all her name changes over the years?This club has a little bit of everything for a complete workout. Patrons are very professional. If you're looking for a business-like self-improvement atmosphere, this just might be the place for you.

I love coming here because my boyfriend loves the basketball.. I use the treadmills and they are always looking dirty with sweat drop stains and dust. I stare at it alot. But hey, my boyfriend gets to play basketball. When he isnot with me I use the G St location as it is cleaned daily.. I know this because I see that cleaning lady doing it every single damn day during the week. Wipe your equipment upstairs, please.

For some reason. My son doesnt like to go to day car after staying there. He is 3 and keeps saying the lady is angry with him. And for me, that's a big thing being able to take my kid. The gym is great over all. But the day care I would be cautious. Talk to your kids.

Very strange layout for a health club. Rooms are small and there are many of them. Equipment is somewhat difficult to find. There are 4 pools and a tennis court, etc which is nice but not of much interest to me. I prefer the R street location but that's just my preference. I can imagine that some people would really lik this different layout.
