The gym is clean, staff is friendly and there are different sections in the gym to workout

Gyms fine except they kick out 10-15 people playing basketball for a class of 2 people. Meanwhile there’s a whole empty room across the court.

Unprofessionalism from Korey, constant flirting with women, kept leaving in middle of tour, harassment, etc. Will contact corporate if nothing is done about this. Edit: it seems that most negative reviews never get engagement from the workplace nor any action is taken, shows how unprofessional the workplace is. Everything will be documented and reported to corporate.

the gym is back open!!! i was on the basketball court faithfully 3-4 days a week and when covid hit i had no where to play ball. even when they reopened gyms the court was still closed. but the court is finally back open 100%. glad to be back and now i have some work to do 💪 …

I like the gym facilities but the gym has refused to lower the sound for the zumba classes. Im pregnant and the sound is so loud, its dangerous to my fetus. Ana, the teacher has refused lower the sound which caused me heart palpitations. Very disappointed. I spoke to management but they haven't done anything to help...I used to go twice a week to class. This is unacceptable.

I was charged crazy fees to cancel the membership. Pain to cancel. I had my membership on hold and was paying $10 p/month. I decided to cancel and was told I had to reactive my membership and pay $45 so that they can cancel membership in their system.Then I was charged another $10 a month later, when I called to see what the charge was for they explained that was a 30 day fee charge, I explained I was in there 30 days ago. They said said this will be last charge.

For this location, the positives: Good indoor and outdoor facilities, and friendly staff. Negatives: old equipment that is never maintained consistently. Not sure if there is a daily walk thru for equipment check, or even if staff would know how to adjust leveling of cardio equipment and rebooting frozen electronic equipment systems. Some equipment and machines have not been working for months.

This place is clean and there is always fresh towels but machines are old and not some have been out of order for months now. Also sometimes it's feels I'm not welcome by staff not saying anything to me. But overall it's an ok gym for the price

Staff are not properly trained. We've been going to inshape for years and also taking the kids to the pool. My kids are not on the membership plan. Took them to the pool today to find out they can't swim due to the fact we have to add them on the plan. Obviously the guy that signed us up did not do a good job. Waste of time. They need to properly train their staff!
