If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid for personal training sessions that i never received. When we signed up, we told Josh that we would be moving from eagle and would be going to the meridian crunch so I would need to transfer the sessions which Josh said was no problem - that was in October and now crunch said they can’t do it. I asked for my money back and they said they won’t do that either. As far as the Meridian location goes, it is the dirtiest, most poorly maintained gym I’ve ever been to. The sauna and steam room are so filthy. The roof leaks so when you work out in the free weight room water drips on you. This of course is all my personal opinion.

Facility is fine. Had terrible experience with the management in billing (charged a late fee when my credit card info hadn't changed) and cancellation (called the day my membership expired and they still charged the renewal and next month's due a day early and wouldn't refund or reply to emails).

Do not try the free trial! Hidden in the club agreement there is text that says you must give 10 day notice before cancelling and they will not make you aware of it. I saw the free month and wanted to try the gym out to see if it was a good fit and found a better gym. I called in to see how they like to go about cancelling, I was told it takes 10 days to cancel and I will be forced to pay the second month. I told them to eat it and cancelled my card 🤷 management please make it more apparent that you must give 10 day notice to cancel and you won't have so many unhappy customers.

This has been my home gym for almost 3 years. It's a good place. They do need some more equipment though. Some things are missing.

Friendly staff. Pretty good price, but an annual fee?? Really? Lots of equipment and it has several group classes to choose from.

Worst gym in the treasure Valley, no ac, place stinks and is filthy disgusting. Staff Is unknowledgable and unhelpful. Equipment is outdated and most of it is busted, do yourself a favor and skip this one

I have been going here for years. Besides the bathrooms not being very clean and no air upstairs (come one got to get some air in there). I like to come in on Saturday morning early at 7 but they don’t always show up.

I've been with Crunch since they were not Crunch and have to say I really like it. The staff us very nice and helpful. And I've been able to make a number if friendships at the gym. The vibe is relaxed, unless you really want to do the hardcore weight thing which they also have. Good place.5 stars!

tl;drTreat them like a human and they'll do the same!I too had a bad experience trying to cancel at first. When i first sent an email asking to cancel i was told id have to settle the account and did not get an amount back until after late fees could accrue. I sent a very heated, very unprofessional reply and understandably Adrian didn't want to work with me. After re reading what i sent i realized what a jerk i was being and apologized, after which he offered to waive the late fees and close the account if i paid the original amount. The managers here are human, just like the rest of us and if you talk to them with respect they will respond accordingly. I am honestly shocked by how Adrian was willing to work with me at all after that first message. Make sure to read the contract you sign for how you cancel and talk to them like a reasonable adult and you'll get good results!

They are the only gym to charge extra for spinning classes, and then on top of that they offer VERY FEW “ride” classes. They charge more than axiom at the village which has a much newer facility and all classes included in a lower price. Walking distance from my house but unfortunately because of those reasons it won’t work.
