I have visited the Mesquite and Rockwall locations. Ally at Rockwall has been so helpful, and her professionalism is refreshing. Clean studio, helpful staff. Coaches are great. Worth the cost.

1st timer and it was a Great place to get the heart pumping, everyone (members, trainers) they we're all welcoming. Great team work, I was able to get in with ease and settle in nicely, w/out feeling out of place, because everyone had their own pace of things. And your just getting the workout in together. If you someone who isn't really comfortable working out alone this is the place for you ‼️
