Listen Fitness Connection I’m not understanding why most of ur treadmills skip when running which is very dangerous and most of your cardio equipment is broken. This is unacceptable and this has been going on for years. Management or Corporate office can you do something this ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it smells "off" to you, then you want a spa. If you want a workout, then This Is Your gym. If you want to be A Monster, there are worse, more strenuous places that can get you the steroids.

Always packed. Most of the machines are not working the sauna is disgusting. The restrooms are horrible

Terrible management! People have their back packs on the floor and we never know what could one bring in those backpacks in the gym and maybe not safe! PEOPLE PLAY THIER MUSIC ON SPEAKERS 🔊. And the gym says nothing!! Other don’t like your music! Have your freakin headphones on. Trashhhh!! …

This has to be one of the most dirtiest, ghetto-est gym I’ve ever been too. Left due to surgery, came back in 3months, with the same 6 machines still broken down. Weight & machines hoggers, mainly kids. The atmosphere here is the worse. Restrooms smell like pure chorro. Lockers are broken, rain leaks through out the building even one in the middle of the weight area. This place is just horrendous. Cool, they added squat racks, but can’t fix broken machines & buy some fresheners and other stuff that this gym needs. Wanted to cancel my membership but won’t be able too unless I pay $50 cancellation fee or wait until next year on March. Ridiculous. Worse gym, this place needs some serious remodeling.

The women's bathroom stall walls are disgusting, too many people don't wipe the machines down after they sweat all over them. You can't find a free weight or dumbbell to save your life & waste too much time searching for them. Too many of the machines ( cardio & weight training) are completely broken, need service or repair). A slew of workers stand behind the front counter hanging out while these things could be addressed. Planet fitness & 24 Hr Fitness never have these issues, but I'm in a year contract

came in to cancel my membership, was told even though cancellation was effective immediately that they were going to charge me for the month of October too. Rep at the front desk had no explanation besides “ that’s our policy “ will just have it handled with my bank. can’t recommend lessin response to their ridiculous response, none of your front desk or management has any copy of said agreement or policy, and it is not included in any sort of welcome email. Your front desk staff should be retrained on your shady policy. possibly do recommend even less now

Great gym, with all the weights needed for a great workout. The attached kitchen is the cherry on top. The only complaints are the basketball court has 3 tiny full-size courts, and all the balls provided by the gym are terrible. Also, no 105lbs dumbells. 4.5 out 5.

Cancellation is basically impossible, hate you can’t bring Friends with you when you want like most gyms and they charge your card constantly when trying to cancel ! Used to really like it.. sad way to go out in my book! I’m trying to join a 24/7 gym and leave here and the help desk on the phone is no help here either! I’m over it guess I’ll have to cancel my card because they have lied and said I’m canceled but have charged me 3 times since INCLUDING THE ANNUAL FEE ! I haven’t been in Months !!

I enjoy coming to this location however there aren’t many dumbbells for me to use. I wish they had more; my boyfriend and I have to scour the gym for 35s and under all the time.
