Extremely unhappy with the Mesquite location. I cancelled my membership in October. I have email confirmation where i cancelled directly with the studio manager and now here we are in December and i still have been charged each month since then. I called the studio manager and all i got was "there is a gliche in their system sometimes". Yes they are processing my refund but this is ridiculous especially there was no apology for the inconvenience. Just be careful with your account into with this location.

This is not my home location but I have visited this studio in the past. It had been a while; I recently started coming back in. I went in this past Tues night. It was a great experience. I was really appreciative of the front desk liaison who helped me out with an issue. I am embarrassed I didn't get her name. She took initiative and went the extra mile to help make my workout better! I will continue to return here. I should note an added bonus to this location: the music always bumps!! :)
