The motivation that the coaches give you helps a lot when your doing 4:45 am workouts. All the coaches are awesome especially Christy , and if your not doing the workout right they teach you how to do it correctly and that helps a lot especially when your learning. The staff is also very friendly .

I started an unlimited membership during October when they were running a deal of $30 off for the first three months. I was charged full price and did not receive the discount. Each time my account was overcharged, I would call and get told "we've fixed it for next month and will refund the overcharge." Months go by - I was never given the discount, continually overcharged, and never refunded. In May, after many calls, I was told a refund was not an option and I would be credited the excess amount. I then gave my 30-days notice of termination. Since my membership has been terminated, my account has continued to be charged full membership price each month. Every time I call I get a roundabout excuse of manager turnover, manager isn't on site, but they'll let her know of the issue, etc. At this point, I feel conned/scammed/taken advantage of. This is a very poorly run management. Save your time and money and go to a different gym.

I’ve always been intimidated by the idea of group workouts, but that is not the case here. The coaches are engaged and welcoming. The members really promote a team atmosphere rather than just individuals in the same room. It’s a great way to stay motivated and not feel alone in your fitness journey.

The staff at the Mesquite Studio are all so helpful, encouraging and really care about my safety and goals! The accountability and structure is exactly what I have been needing. Even in the group setting I still feel like I am receiving one on one training/coaching. I would definitely recommend!

I love that each workout is pretty much tailored to your level of fitness. The coaches are very helpful in teaching proper technique to the beginners and they are very encouraging. It’s a very welcoming place and I truly love it. I like that each day is a different challenge so your whole body gets worked out by the end of the week.

The workouts at OrangeTheory Mesquite are great. The coaches are awesome, knowledgeable and encouraging.

Nice fitness center. They have their hours where it gets a little crowded, but getting machines isn't too much of a problem.
