Too expensive for some ordinary equipment. $20 just to get in and it isn’t even a 24hr pass. And the reason for why it was so expensive was, and I quote, “it’s how we get people to sign up for the membership” I do not recommend

If your a black card member don't bring a guest and think that y'all are going to get hydromassage chair massages together cause they'll only turn on 1 machine at a time. The only planet fitness in the Us that acted like this and argued with me like man sayyyyyyy. I'd give negative stars if I could

Don't go to this Planet Fitness franchise if you like Planet Fitness. I was charged monthly fees early and they cancelled my membership because I refused to sign "documents" that they didn't want to inbox me first and I've only been there 3 weeks. Then they called the police and said I was trespassing. Harassment and extorting.... Editing now since you ask for my feedback for my comment and I emailed you back but you aren't responsive. So what's the point of commenting under my comment. You have poor communication, not professional and poor quality.

1 star is quite generous. This gym specifically is my LAST go to option for working out. I've been considering working outside in 40F, before considering exercising at this location.1. Wifi? NEVER works2. Always PACKED3. Employees don't wear masks/never see them clean4. Said they transferred my membership to this one as my gym. They did not. Cost me $60 TWICE. Then was told I couldn't work out here because "it's not my home gym".5. Terrible customer service!! No one wears name tags so no accountability.I actively avoid this location even though it's walking distance. Prefer to drive to Garland. Or the "Buckner" location. That says alot about this place. The ONLY way I'll go is if I'm in a time crunch- where I cannot be late. Otherwise, waste of a location. I recommend tearing it down, purging of staff, and building something more useful. Like a waste disposal facility

It's a good starter gym, the bikes need their bolts tighter, because the handles are loose. Wish they had a few more smith machines, because Monday and Thursday are high traffic days. Love that out of all the gyms closing early, they are still open 24 hours

Over the road truck driver here. I mainly comment to help with parking availability. Kind of small front parking lot, I parked in the back and no signs saying no truck parking. Had the back machines I like that sometimes are missing at other locations. Smith machines were oiled and smooth sliding, problem at other locations is I feel they wipe the oil off and it doesn’t slide smooth. Showers, locker room, and whole facility nice. Always appreciative of the locations that don’t push us truckers away, thanks for the good workout and hot shower

I generally do not like public gyms because of all the normal fears and expectances of body intimidation and body shaming that the general public will throw at each other. I decided to go on a Sunday morning and I was honestly impressed with how clean the establishment was and how they were sanitation stations to clean the machines and the good thing about going early morning is that nobody was there. And on a plus note I saw signs posted for no gym intimidation and it was nice that that was being pushed and enforced. The other people working out that were there did not give snarky looks to one another or do not cast dispersions at each other, and it almost made me feel happy to be there. No one bothered me I was able to get my appropriate walk and on the treadmills while listening to audiobooks and the place was well air conditioned that way if I did break a sweat I was able to cool off immediately. I would definitely come back again.

Your standard Planet Fitness. Major plus that they are open 24hrs. I came at 2am so it was dead but I can't really see this gym being crowded even at peak times. Men's restroom could use refreshing but overall the gym is clean. Equipment is in good working order.For those that still care (I sure don't!), employees still wear face masks.I recommend parking directly in front of the gym during the night. If you park off on the side of building next to the main road, it's not well lit and sketchy looking individuals constantly pass thru.

Great equipment to train, sculpt your body. Awesome back massage equipment plus in my book
